Okay, since ya’ll are waiting for an update: Yes, I have signed up for the WDW Marathon. Now, I also signed up for the Rock N Roll Chicago Half Marathon which takes place on August 2, 2009. Training has official started, not a good note but it has started. See you around.

Since running 2008 is shot due to pregnancy, I have been thinking about 2009. I know I will have a new baby but I think it is doable. This is the first time I am actually writing this down:
I am going to run the Walt Disney Marathon in January 2010!!!
Cool huh? Ever since I ran the half marathon, I always thought that was it. No marathons but the only one I would ever, ever consider is the Disney one. Now it is in my head to do it sooner rather than later. Why not?
So coming in 2009, my training log!!!

So my new running goal for 2008: Run the Soldier Field 10 Mile race. It takes place on May 24, 2008. Let’s hope I don’t get sick and I am around to do this. Let the training begin!!!
Jan. 02 – 2.0 miles (treadmill) plus .28 (cool down)
Jan. 04 – 2.0 miles (treadmill) plus .28 (cool down)
Jan. 15 – 2.0 miles (treadmill) plus .29 (cool down)
Jan. 16 – 2.0 miles (treadmill) plus .29 (cool down)
Jan. 18 – 2.0 miles (treadmill) plus .29 (cool down)
2/22/08 Update – I got to get my tush back on the treadmill. I promised myself that Monday 2/25 it will happen.
