I went out and bought some new running shoes.
I got some Saucony Women’s Grid Trigon 4 Guide shoes.
The guy at the shoe place had me try on three different pairs to see which was were the best fit. These were the winners. Can’t wait to break them in.
My old pair are at least 6 years old. How embarrassing. I never ran in them like I should have. They are Nike Max Air Converge Triax.
