After a few emails back and forth, I can now say that Mia is now a Girl Scout Daisy.

I never thought about Mia being a Girl Scout. I would see them at school with their sashes or vests, selling cookies or their project posters. But I never ever thought about Mia being one of them.
And so here we are, one meeting under her (and my) belt. I have put all the patches on her vest. I have been obsessing over the Girls Scout GCNWI Programs website. I am waiting for the second meeting. I have bought the Daisy manual (it is not required but still). I know where the Girl Scout office it. Already planning the Girl Scout cookie assault that will happen in a few months. She is working on her Girl Scout promise. She needs to learn that to get her first Daisy patch. So much to do.
And yes, this is after ONE MEETING. I just crack myself up. Daisies is a two year commitment. Bring it!
